1. Defintion
hanlingo.com's Terms of Use Agreement (Terms of Use Agreement stipulates the relationship between the users and Science Integration Co.)

This agreement applies to all relationships that arise from use of hanlingo.com. It states that by accessing or using our web site, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, you cannot use hanlingo.com.

2. Personal Responsibility
All users use the website on the premise that he or she is personally responsible for the use of this service and that they are liable for the being responsible for heeding the below words of caution. We are in no way responsible for damages caused by someone who violates the terms of use.

3. Data Management

Don't ruin our efforts to make a great environment for networking language learners. hanlingo staffs will deliberately take actions against all immature/harmful attempts once such things are reported. The violators will not only be banned but will we likely post their information on our forum to alert everyone forever. Plus, we will NOT allow people to write posts seeking dating, romantic relationship, or casual encounters on hanlingo.com to eliminate any chances of stimulating unproductive debates.
2) Disruptive behavior; There's been some tension and debate over who should be allowed and who shouldn't. Please don't try accusing someone personally or making a fuss. If you've witnessed someone behaving inappropriately, report hanlingo staffs with a screen-shot. We'll help you take care of the case(s) in a legally effective way.
3) Spam; We will not tolerate any spams. We will permanently block the IP addresses of spammers, or even countries if that's necessary. In fact, we have blocked all the IP address ranges assigned to an african country called Senegal to avoid any future spam attacks.
4) Multi-posting; Don't copy and paste your message. Multi-posting is considered as spamming. We have observed that spammers usually copy and paste their messages when they write guestbook posts, or send PMs. So, we've created an automated banning system to sort out the duplicated posts/PMs. The system will automatically ban you whenever it detects your multiposting attempts without a warning. Again, don't copy and paste.
5) Advertisement to solicit business; To list an advertisement on hanlingo for your own business, you should buy our ad. If interested, contact hanlingo staffs for more info.
6) Contacting people to meet in person if you are underage; Remember this is an Internet community where bad things happen quite often. Some are allegedly here to find some victims of their sexual abuse/harassment. Let your parents know you are interested in joining this community, and ask them if it's okay. Consult with your parents or teachers before making your own decisions.
7) Discussions regarding religion, political problems or subjects that are controversial in other countries; hanlingo.com's goal is to provide a site that allows for mutual language education and exchange and such discussion topics are inappropriate.
8) Commenting on another users in bad faith; Please don't use hanlingo to spread hate in anyway whatsoever.

If any of the above activities are confirmed, we reserve the right to take the appropriate action including expulsion from hanlingo.com and billing for damages.

5. Handling User Information.
We respect the privacy of hanlingo.com users, and will handle user information in accordance to our privacy policy.

6. Alteration of the Terms of Use
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised.

7. Disclaimer
The company is in not responsible or liable in any manner for any damage caused to members in the use of this service. Nor are we responsible for any damage to any third party caused by a user and that resolving any damage caused by a user to a third party is the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Suspension or Termination of Service
In order to provide high quality service on a regular basis, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend service when we deem it to be appropriate without prior notification. In such situations, any damage caused to users is in no way our responsibility.

1) In the case of performing regular or emergency maintenance.
2) In the case that the system overloaded.
3) In the case that we deem it necessary to ensure the security of users.
4) In the case that we are unable to provide the service due to fires, power outages, etc.
5) In the case that we are unable to provide the service due to earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters.
6) In the case that we are unable to provide the service due to war, riots, unrest, labor disputes, etc.
7) In any other case that we deem it necessary to suspend service for operational or technical reasons.

In addition, we reserve the right to permanently terminate part of all of the service. In this case, a notification concerning the end date of the service will be sent to users.

9. User Qualifications
You must be more than 16 years old to be eligible to use hanlingo.com. Registering using a false age or any other false information is prohibited. hanlingo.com is in no way responsible for damages incurred as a result of false registration information. If we determine that a user has registered using a false age or any other false information, we will delete your profile with out prior notice and use of this service will be suspended.

10. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
This Terms of Use Agreement and its interpretation comply with the laws of Korea, and any dispute of any sort that arises between you and the company, the area in which the head office of hanlingo.com is located will have exclusive jurisdiction of the first trial through mutual agreement.
